Garmin's fully-equipped GPS Map 64ST features an electronic compass and a barometric altimeter as well as a highly sensitive GPS. The GPS Map 64ST is one of the first quad helix receivers that tracks both GPS and GLONASS satellites simultaneously, locking onto more satellites than other units for quicker position, elevation, and directional information. The electronic compass uses a three-axis tilt-compensated mechanism to show your heading when you're standing still on angled terrain, and the barometric altimeter makes this GPS a must-have for alpinists.

This GPS Map 64 model also features a pre-loaded TOPO U.S 100K with every hill, valley, river, road, and more for your adventures. Garmin also included a one year subscription to BirdsEye satellite imagery and BaseCamp software to help organize maps and routes for your next adventure. These brilliantly clear and highly detailed pictures help you stay on the right path, and you can download most maps through the Geocache feature. Wireless Bluetooth or ANT+ connectivity lets you read texts and emails from your phone through this techy GPS device.
