Taking it to another level!
I made the switch from a Samsung Galaxy smartwatch to the Forerunner 255. There are some things I miss about the Galaxy watch (love being able to make and take phone calls from my wrist like Dick Tracy), but for a data nerd like me, the Forerunner 255 is next level. I love all the display options during a run and really enjoy all the post-run info. Super customizable and the battery life is fantastic. During my last marathon, my phone died, but the watch held strong. I would definitely recommend!

An awesom completely capable smartwatch.
Recently, I purchased a Forerunner 255 Music. It is an awesome, easy-to-use, and very capable smartwatch. Its step counts were spot on. A big improvement from Fitbit and AmazFit. Unfortunately, I found that wearing it 7x24 did not work for me. I returned it and am planning to buy a tracker instead.

no music
I had a 245 music and was very happy with it. It broke and Garmin sent this 255 music. I have tried and tried to get it to play music thru my headphones. It will not work. I run alot and have not had my headphones working since I got this watch. Not happy.

Great Watch
The only drawback is I wish they had a really good user manual

My favorite watch
I used to be a loyal customer of Suunto watches (and I do still love them), but a friend of mine showed me the variety of challenges that Garmin offers and that piqued my interest. I love the app and I love this watch. The large watch face is perfect. The information that it tracks is incredible. Almost everything on this watch is customizable. It doesn't have the touchscreen function, but that doesn't bother me at all because the app is easier to use anyway. I would definitely get this watch again.

Not that great
It's a great running watch, too much trouble to set up strength workouts. Really wish it had a generic strength training feature.

Being able to listen to music without phone on me.
I got this during Christmas. This is a great watch that has many features. The best being the ability to listen to music without a phone on me.

Nice upgrade from mt forerunner 245 music
I decided to retire my old forerunner 245 music, it was not holding a charge and it was diffucult to charge, maybe the contacts were dirty or just wearing out. This watch is very similar, which is a good thing. I liked all the features, especially being able to download podcast which I love to listen to while running. I do still have trouble seeing the podcast on my watch while running but other than that no complaints. I don't pay attention to all the morning and evening reports. I know how I feel at 65!
