Alaskan Guide Shirt
On Friday afternoon, slip out of your work duds and into the Filson Men's Alaskan Guide Shirt to welcome a weekend on the water. As you load the canoe onto your rack and pack up your tackle box, the Alaskan Guide's pleated back gives you freedom to stretch and reach to get everything in the truck—no ripped shoulder seams after a few years. When you make it to the lake for a sunset paddle, display your fishing license in the loop at the back of the shirt and leave it there all weekend long. With its roomy chest pockets and work-minded fit, the Alaskan Guide's a shirt you won't have any reason to take off.

Proud to say I have gone through the wringer with Filson products and this flannel is no exception. Medium weight, high-quality stitching, and double chest pockets make this a go-to outdoor working shirt. Sleeves are plenty long enough for a tall guy with a relaxed fit.

I have two of these shirts in different colors. I use it as a work shirt that usually layers over another other clothing for warmth. The size is perfect for me as a top layer. The tightly woven shirt provides good wind protection as well as durability. Definitely recommend.

I was worried about this shirt being too large based on the other reviews. I am 6?0 175 lbs and would normally go for an XL for sleeve length. However, most reviews say this shirt runs large. I got the L and right out of the box it seemed big, however, it?s 100% cotton. So I ran it through the washing machine in hot water and then put it through the dryer on high heat and it?s shrunk a bit down to perfect. Go a size down, but not much more than that. I?ll have this shirt the rest of my life.
