Octane 24" Complete Kids' Bike - 2015

The Diamondback Octane 24 is lightweight and sturdy and is the perfect way to get your kid excited about trail riding. The Octane 24 is built with 6061 aluminum frame, making it lighter and much easier to pedal uphill and generally more fun for any kind of two-wheeled adventure. The suspension fork included up front helps absorb impact, giving young riders more control when they’re catching air off curbs. Diamondback builds Octane with a blend of reliable Shimano drivetrain parts, and a full 21-speed grip-shift system ensures that your kid will be able to pedal through any terrain with ease. The tough 36-spoke-hole wheelset wrapped in all-terrain tires provides superb traction and durability, and Diamondback includes linear-pull alloy brakes with reach-adjust levers to make sure the young ones have precise stopping power. The Diamondback Octane 24 Kids Bike is sized for kids between the approximate heights of 4'5" (134cm) and 4'10" (147cm). Please note that the bike comes almost fully built but needs some minor assembly and tuning out of the box, so we advise taking it to your trusted bike shop for a quick once-over before riding.
