Caligo Knife

When you flip open the CRKT Caligo Knife you might at first be concerned with its rapid speed. Is it battery operated? Engine powered? Or is it just the silky smooth IKBS ball bearing pivot rapidly propelling the blade forward? We'd be inclined to think its the latter, and designer TJ Schwarz would assure us that's the case. His mechanical engineering background is poured into this knife, which shouldn't surprise you, as it offers clean lines with a low-profile flipper, and modified drop point design that falls perfectly into a variety of uses. The blade is crafted from sturdy stainless steel for a precise and sturdy base, and is topped with black oxide for a corrosion-resistant finish to keep it razor sharp through daily use. The handle sheds a little weight from the build with lightweight aluminum construction, and a locking liner within to keep the knife securely held open when in use.
