Why We Like The Stamp 7 Exclusive Pedals
Some riders swear by clipless, but when it comes to gravity-oriented riding we think flats are where it's at. Flats offer versatility, comfort, and play when you're boosting off of rollers, and hammering through banked berms, and the Stamp 7 Exclusive Pedals do so with incredible grip, and a sleek limited-series oil slick colorway.

Fantastic
- Familiarity:
- I gave it as a gift but have feedback to share
Got these in oil slick, size small (size 8 foot) for a friend who got a new SC 5010 this year. They look fantastic with the brick red frame color and he's super happy with them. He was considering going clipless before getting these to stay locked on the pedals through more technical rides but between these and a pair of five tens he's set on the platforms. Plus they're sturdy enough for the occasional pedal shot when technique isn't perfect.

Perfect pedals for grip

The grip is absolutely amazing, I mountain bike with vans and with these pedals I?ve absolutely no grip issues at all. Very smooth and very good looking too. The material seems to be very well made. I?m size 9 on shoes and bought the large pedals, perfect for me.

Love These Pedals!

I was SO stoked to get my hands (well, feet) on a pair of these oil-slick Stamp pedals! They look amazing and I get compliments on almost every ride. They are naturally a heavier pedal than something made of plastic, but I know they will last a long time and wont get beaten up, despite the very chunky/rocky riding that I do. They work extremely well with my 510 Contact flat shoes and they match the rest of my oil-slick aesthetic very well. I ride with the smaller pedal size, my shoe size is a woman's 7.5. The large would be too big for me. Also, it is a HUGE plus that these pedals can be taken apart and repaired/serviced.

Great Feel / Beautiful Color
- Familiarity:

I've put in about 250 miles with these pedals on trails ranging from light neighborhood trails to super techy and I'm still loving them. I have size 12.5 shoes, so the larger size of these pedals feels amazing. The only negative I would say is that if you aren't used to larger pedals, you might have to get used to the size at first - i.e. you'll probably pedal strike often while you are getting used to the size.

Vapor Lock?
- Familiarity:
- I've put it through the wringer

- Large

I've purchased 2 pairs of these pedals unfortunately. They were stiff out of the box and, instead of loosening up over time, have become increasingly stiff. I sent them back to CrankBrothers and they told me they had "vapor locked". No idea what that means relative to a set of pedals. They "repaired" them and sent them back to me but they were super stiff right out of the box and have become unusably stiff again. I'm sending them back again but I'm also having to buy some other pedals because these just aren't durable enough. For the record I weigh 135 pounds and have spent years riding other flats with no problems. These just struggle.

How does the finish hold up? I'm curious what Oil Slick looks like after say a year of riding pedal strikes and getting thrown down hills
