Durable work pant
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] These pants are durable and will fit over work boots. The material is not too thick and has held up after multiple washes. They have a slight stretch which makes them comfortable. These are worn at work on a construction site and they hold up.

Great lining
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Great pants and the lining is wonderful. Ordered 36 inch waist. Unfortunately, the actual waist measurement is 38.

THE BEST PANTS
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Sizing runs true, the liner is not bulky but very soft and warm. The lining of the pockets matcjes the pant lining. They are lined throughout with a black material but the waist and leg hems are plaid.

They Changed It for the Worse.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have two pairs of the Men's Flex ROC Lined Pants, so I decided this year to get another. Instead of the nice warm soft flannel lining in my pants, the new pants only have the flannel for a few inches at the bottom. The rest of the lining is some kind of thin, slick material. The worst part is that they've changed the fit from "Active" to "Straight." I'm not exactly sure what that's supposed to mean, but on the pants I received, the rise is short, the pants bind in the crotch, and the waist is too tight. These were my favorite cool-season pants, but I won't be buying any more of these.

Pleasantly Surprised Post Initial Disappointment
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Overall good pants but the flannel lining stops about 2 inches below the waist and up from the leg opening. It does have an inner lining but it’s a different material from the flannel. Which initially almost had me sending them back before I even wore them. I’d edit the description of these pants to insure people know what they are buying. Or better yet actually line the entire pant interior with flannel. I work outside; hot, cold, rain, snow or sun shiny day. And it just so happened to be about 45F outside and laundry day the day they arrived. So I desided to give them a shot bc they had to be warmer than blue jeans. And turns out they were. While not as good as true flannel lined pants the do keep your legs warm to around 40-45F without a base layer underneath. But with even a light base layer these pants are good to around freezing 32F. Below that I’d go with a heavier base or something like the Royce range HEAT pants Columbia use to sale, what I had come to the website to purchase originally. So as a pleasant surprise these pants turned out to be more useful than I had originally thought. So much so I’ve bought 2 pair of the tan and 1 black now. They have become my go to pants when the temp is 40-55F this winter. While I wish Columbia still sold the heat pants, these will do untill they wear out or I find a better option. I’d probably give them 4.5 stars if they were fully flannel lined. But I have to reduce the rating a star for the misleading description of the pants. 3.5/5 stars.

Warm, comfy pants without the bulk or extra layers
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Purchased these in 32x32. They are comfortable and fit just right. I like wearing lined pants during cold months because it's fewer layers to wear while keeping me warm. I would like to order more of these pants in different colors.

Good fit, not very well lined
I bought this item last year and was really happy with them. However, they have chanced the material that pant is lined with. Previously they were a thick lining of felt, now they are lined with a very thin linning of cloth. I have not worn them yet in the cold but based on the construction I do not think they will offer much additional warmth over an unlined pant.
