Mostly hits; a few misses
Pros: - Silver dots inside for heat retention — they work well! - Front zippered pockets are deep and roomy. - Inside zippered pocket, could be a little bigger but still a welcome addition. - Collar is lined with soft low-pile fur which is very soft, warm and comfy. - Generous sleeve length. Cons: - Collar is very LOOSE and gaping at the neck, even when fully zipped. Wind WILL get inside! - Hood is loose and is not adjustable; wind WILL get inside! - Hood is oddly shallow so it does not provide much coverage — if you also wear a hat with a pompon on top, your face will barely have any protection from cold and wind. Even with no hat on, the hood is still too shallow to provide much protection from the weather.

Warm and Sleek
Love this coat especially the back split when I sit. Is very warm even though lightweight. Wish Columbia would give more depth to inner pocket and also add one deep to the outside chest area for quick access for a phone. Think more women carry smaller purses so pockets are needed in outer wear.

Perfect Fit
This jacket is exactly what I was looking for, the quality is amazing, perfect fit and lightweight but effective as a warm coat. It allows you to move and provides flexibility. I had no issues with the zipper as other reviewers indicated. Be mindful and align the zipper as I had no issues with it. Perfect fit and room inside in case I wear a sweater.

I really like ALMOST everything…
I like the color, it fits nicely and comfortable. I also like the drop tail detail. But I wish the hood could be adjusted, is a big hood with no way to adjust it to the head. Basically useless… I will keep the coat, but I will have to find a way to fix that.

Good ... 1 thing to note
I wanted to return the coat at first, but I got some help from an employee and ended up keeping it. She said to make sure both zippers click before you try and zip it up. Since then, I've had no problems. It is light to the touch but the omni-heat feature is great. The only thing I don't like is the hood. It's too big. I wish it actually stayed on my head when I put it up.

Great Jacket, Defective Zipper
I am writing this from my room at Mt. Hood- this jacket has kept me toasty warm in 35 degree temps. It is very light weight. But the zipper is defective! Like another reviewer noted, the zipper is very hard to zip- it’s easier to just leave the very bottom zipper zipper and kind of crawl out of the coat instead of trying to unzip it and have to struggle to rezip later. Strange :/

Zipper doesn’t work well
I love how light this jacket is. I just hate the zipper. It’s really hard to zipper it closed. I have to leave it zipped on the bottom so that it won’t take me five to ten minutes to have the zipper on and goingz

Hood is terrible!
I wanted to love this jacket as it is lightweight but would be warm. However, the hood & neck are HUGE & their is no way to tighten the hood, which makes it fall back down as soon as you put it up! I need a hood that will stay secure on my head, otherwise what is the purpose of a hood?! This 1 is going back.

Lightweight but warm!
I really like this jacket! It’s pretty thin and lightweight (almost packable) but provides a lot of warmth. I especially like that the collar is soft and cozy. The inside is the shiny reflective material, which isn’t the softest, but seems to provide good heat. Runs true to size in my opinion: I’m 5’6” about 140 lbs and usually wear an 8, and the medium fit well with room for a sweater underneath. The sleeves were also plenty long which is sometimes an issue for me. I haven’t tested it in extremely cold temps but worked well for the 30-40 degree range!
