Very nice jacket

For my size, 5'9" & 170 lbs, medium build, XL was perfect. Overall a very nice wind/rain jacket for the price. I have used it many times. I bring it on iffy days, packed in a jersey pocket.

Pathetically bad quality

This "jacket" is, literally, the quality of the windbreakers that get handed-out for free at baseball games and golf tournaments. In addition, I'm 5'10, 165lbs - I ordered a Large, and it was so under-sized that I couldn't even zip it up. Awful. I will be returning this. Given that numerous reviews have said the same/similar things, it is unconscionable that Backcountry continues to try to unload this garbage on its customers.

Windbraker, my favorite cycling clothing. Keeps wind out and air in. Know how to use it: Best for underlayering: 20F-40/45F is excellent. 50F is to hot. Wintertime Merino wool underneath, or thin sweatshirt. Fits into a bottle cage bag for off and on during inclement weather. Order big, has skinny arms. No pockets.
