Just because you spend a lot of time in the park doesn't mean you aren't interested in laying down elbow-dragging carves and weaving through trees. Understanding that a lot of park riders like to cruise the rest of the mountain, too, Capita created the Spring Break twin Snowboard. It has an asymmetric sidecut and a healthy amount of camber to give you the power and edge-hold needed to carve, slash, and spin your way around any part of the resort.
A radial sidecut on the toe edge offers smooth-carving performance, while a New Age Directional sidecut with Death Grip on the heel edge allows powerful turns and incredible edge like you've never experienced on heelside turns. Camber from insert to insert keeps things lively and responsive, and keeps your ollie on point. Meanwhile, flat-to-rocker zones out to the tips ensure that the board doesn't feel catchy and help it plane over fresh powder and choppy snow more easily. If you like to follow up mornings of carving fresh corduroy with laps through the jump line, then this is the board for you.

I like jet skis
- Familiarity:
- I've used it once or twice and have initial impressions
I worked a demo with the Capita crew last spring as a favor to the rep. I instantly was curious about this new Spring Break shape because of the graphic. I once was in a jet ski accident so I got a chuckle out of it. Turns out, that board was being taken out all day and people loved it. Anyone looking for wide all mountain board, we would put them on it. The most common feedback was that the board didn't turn like a wide board, it was lightweight and turned really well. The graphics brought a smile to everyone's face. Lot's of selfies were going down in front of the tent. The SB Powder Twin really pulls the whole Spring Break line together as a complete collection of boards. The Pow Twin would be an insane option for smashing pow in the morning and taking it to your favorite resort side country jumps when the pow tracks out. It's a twin and has a little camber, so in the chop it powers thru and is easier to land jumps on then a board who's primary design is to float.

Different! Blend of a pow/freeride board
- Familiarity:
- I've used it several times
It is a little stiffer than most people expect, which helps blast through the crud and hold and edge. The camber zone between the feet is also a bit shorter than most other Capita?s so the nose and tail float just as good as the other spring break boards but you do get a little more pop. This board is also VERY wide, so if you have a big foot you will be very happy.
