Lightest.
The Photon Locking Carabiner is Camp USA's lightest locker designed specifically for alpine and multi-pitch climbing, but it'll be a welcoming piece of gear for any rack. New for the season is Camp USA's SphereLock nose, which is essentially a slimmer keylock nose that eliminates snagging and reduces play between gate and nose. This Photon has a standard screwgate locker for security.

Perfect for almost every use

These are my favorite lockers for almost every use. They're light, strong, easy to lock and unlock... but do not use them on ascenders or any device that may want this to rotate around (such as a micro traction or Spoc...etc.) they have a more angled curve at the tip, which makes it hard for devices to move around. My partner used one of these on the top hole of his ascender, and it got stuck because of that reason. After 10 mins of hitting it with a rock it finally came unstuck. That said, I bring these up on every multipitch. The nose is tiny and you can fit multiple of them in a single bolt hanger. Love it. Would recommend to my friends, with the caveat mentioned above.

I bought these to lighten my gear. And they do that just fine! But I really like them regardless. For the size, they are strong (22kn) enough and the gate is pretty wide. Also, I tend to over tighten the screw on occasion. A few other brands can be a real bear to loosen; these don't have that problem.
