Valve bad, propane sprays everywhere

- I've put it through the wringer
Whenever I disconnect the 1lb propane tank from the valve attachment, it starts spraying propane everywhere. So I have to just leave it connected which is super inconvenient and also stops me from refiling the tanks. And when a tank is done, I'm forced to let the last little bit of gas spray everywhere. I'm not sure what the issue is, if someone has any idea then let me know!
