Comfortable, plush riding shoe
After years of buying Saucony, Hoka One One, Skechers, Asics and others, I decided to try my first pair of Brooks and I chose the Glycerin 21. I walk 3-4 times per week for 60 minutes on my treadmill and wanted something plush with lots of cushion and not too much weight. The Glycerin 21 delivered and I am happy with my purchase. The only small complaint I have, is the toe box seemed a bit narrow and snug, but I am confident it will stretch a bit with time. I have worn them 5 times and we'll see how many miles I get out of them before they need to be replaced. Overall, I am happy with the shoe and recommend them with 2 enthusiastic thumbs up!

Amazing comfort
I have osteoarthritis in both feet along with heels spurs. My foot doctor recommended Brooks shoes. It was turning point in the ability to work all day standing and go home at the end of the day with little pain. This shoe made a huge improvement in the quality of my life.

Just ok
The shoes are nice. Just disappointed the toe box has already collapsed after just a couple weeks of wear.

ALMOST Perfect!
I was hoping to love these as much as most of my other Glycerins! Except for the 19, I have loved every pair I have worn and I have been a faithful Glycerin groupie for 9 years. The cushion is AMAZING!! When I first put them on, I felt like I was walking on air... so 10 stars for that! Every pair of Glycerins I have owned required NO break in! Perfect the first time I put them on. The 21 felt a little tighter than any other pair I've bought. I still love them - but they're needing a little more breaking in than I anticipated.

Loved the 20s. The 21s are more narrow and caused terrible pain in my pinky toes after only 30 mins of walking. It seems like maybe the rigid toe support that wraps around the front end might be bigger or longer than the previous version, or that the footbed was changed. Either way I’m incredibly disappointed that yet again a shoe company changes a perfect shoe for no reason and I have to yet again find a different model. Why do these companies do this??

Love them!
I’ve been wearing the Glycerin for the last 10 years and these are my favorite pair yet. They seem to run a touch smaller than other pairs I’ve had, but are a supportive and comfortable shoe!

Kind of a let down!
I loved my Glycerin 20s, but the 21s have sadly disappointed me so far. They definitely fit smaller than before, and I have been experiencing uncomfortable rubbing and blistering after just 15 miles collectively. I am returning them and ordering the wide version, but am very disappointed in the lack of selection for colors in wide shoes- people with wider feet want pretty shoes, too! I am so sad to have to switch from lilac to plain black shoes.

Good shoe!
No big complaints. But nothing spectacular stands out either. I primarily run 10-25k, 3-4x a week. Will be interested to see how these hold up
