Good show for most conditions

Good supportive shoe whilst running trails, have been out in some pretty wet weather and these trainers are good for wet conditions but won’t keep your feet totally dry in a downpour. I would prefer a little more bounce in the sole but can appreciate this might not suit all trail runners depending on the conditions underfoot.

Great off road shoes that are very effective in all conditions.

Great, comfortable shoe

Great shoe, fits well and very comfortable to run in. First pair of the 23, 5th pair of Adrenaline.

I love Cascadias. They are comfortable, grippy and they last for ages. I wish Brookes were a bit more adventurous with their colour ways, but hey.

5/5 apart from the laces

Love the comfort, the inner base is nice and soft and the outer is tough and hides the odd rock kick. I like that the wide is definitely nice and wide for my flat feet. My one complaint is the laces just do not stay done up, definitely a double knot required. Changed from the Hoka Speedgoat 5 that I absolutely loved, but found the Speedgoat 6 was to stiff and couldn’t find anymore 5s. So took a gamble on these and I’m very happy

This is my second pair of Brooks Cascadia 17… I have bought so many trail running shoes and these are by far the best I have found thus far :)
