Great long distance trail shoe
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Big fan of these! I thought they would feel clunky or heavy but they are surprisingly nimble. To me they feel similar to the Hoka Speedgoat. Very cushioned, but responsive. I have enjoyed them as a long distance training shoe. They are good on technical terrain but also feel just fine on a gravel path. And the toe box feels good on my wider foot.

Great fit and comfort
Good comfort and fit. Ordering your typical shoe size will result in best fit. Wide sole provides stability. I appreciate the cushy feel on impact in the heel.

Too small/tight
Wanted to love these but should size up. Also felt narrow in the toe box especially after running in them for several hours. Return process was very easy however.

Good on rugged terrain
I was not disappointed. True to size. Comfortable during my hike. Good traction on rugged terrain.

Best shoe ever
I love it. So comfortable and the cushioning is outstanding. I do alot of walking and some running and i couldn’t have asked for a all around more comfortable shoe. It doesn't feel heavy on my feet and it's lightweight. I walk in all different terrain at work from concrete to dirt to pavers to metal stairs and this shoe holds up well. I highly recommend this shoe and I've found my new go to brand for tennis shoes as the comfort and how the shoescare made can't be beat.

Shoes do not last very long.
I received these on July 17 and they are now worn out. I am not a marathon runner and I do not wear these all day. Max miles per day outside usage only approximately 6-7 miles 6 days a week. I have been wearing different styles of Brooks shoes for years however I have noticed within the past year that Brooks shoes are wearing out much quicker than normal. I previously purchased the Caldera 6 that were delivered on May 1st and by July 15th I had no choice but to order a new pair. I love how the Caldera fit however I cannot afford to continue to purchase a new pair every 10 weeks.

Love them!
I’ve been using these shoes for several months, and they’ve become a staple in my trail running rotation. They offer excellent grip and fit comfortably without the need for a break-in period. I’m a size 6.5 and ordered a 7 for extra toe space, which worked perfectly.

Pretty good so far! I've got just under 40 miles on these so far. What I like: the lacing system and lockdown, comfy heel collar, great traction (very comparable to Vibram megagrip), and the foam/cushion feels really nice. They don't feel heavy, and even seemed to drain/dry fairly quickly when I missed a step into a puddle last weekend. What I don't love: sizing seems small? I typically wear a 7, size up to 7.5 for running, and had to go up to an 8 for these. They do feel a little swimmy but the 7.5 was definitely tight. The tongue does feel a little thin in comparison to other brands' more cushioned tongues.
