When they start measuring snowfall at our favorite resort in feet instead of inches we opt for the Blizzard Rustler 11 Ski. These powder skis combine a fat 116mm waist with rocker in the tip and tail to ensure we can float through the deepest snow, pivot on a dime, and slash until our heart's content. Additionally, the lightweight core encourages us to scamper up skinners to get some untouched afternoon pow.

Sidewall coming apart
I have skied on them for not even a full season and the sidewall is coming apart (edge and base separating from the rest of the ski) under the rear binding with no damage to the base/edge near where it’s coming apart. It’s pretty disappointing because I really like how they ski in both powder and in choppy snow and they are a lot of fun in general, it just sucks that the quality isn’t quite there. :(
