Why We Like The Lost Ranger UL 3N1 Sleeping Bag

Four-season performance in one sleeping bag? It's unheard of, so Big Agnes created a clever solution: a three-in-one design. The Lost Ranger UL 3N1 Sleeping Bag is two ultralight sleeping bags that are still comfortably light together while we're backpacking in winter conditions. The rectangular outer bag is great for warm summer nights, and the inner Sidewinder mummy bag is ideal in the shoulder seasons. Together, they deliver zero-degree warmth so we can explore all year round.

Very warm and adaptable

The 2 bag system is great for those nights when you start off a little cold and certainly provide great warmth down to the 20's (F°). I suspect they would do very well down to their zero degree rating, since I got hit and had to shed the warmer layer on nights that were in the 30's. The pad pocket was a nice touch, but I find myself fighting with it some as it caused the bag to twist up and get a little lopsided at times. I move around a lot when I sleep, though. Overall, I would definitely recommend this.
