Lightweight and packs small
- Familiarity:
- I've used it once or twice and have initial impressions
- Size Bought:
- I am 6'-0" and purchased the long
I purchased this bag last month for a trip in North Carolina. The weather was mild, with low around 48-52F, and was very comfortable in this bag. I would definitely remain comfortable at lower temps. I purchased the bag for lightweight and small pack size. I don't use teh stuff sacks when camping and use the sleep bag to will all voids in the pack, which saves a ton of space. Do note that this is part of the sleep system, so you NEED an a sleep pad, as there is no fill below you (helps decrease weight and pack size)

Summer Sleep System is Dialed
- Size Bought:
- Long

I recently picked this bag up for my summer backpacking/camping adventures. I decided to pair it with the Big Agnes Q Core SLX Insulated Pad (BAG009X) and they definitely compliment each other. The design of the sleeve on this bag should allow you to use the bag with most Rectangular and Semi Rectangular pads. Due to the lack of insulation on the bottom of the bag, you may want to pair it with an insulated pad. I'm very happy with the performance so far and it is very convenient that I can roll around to my hearts desire without falling off of the pad. Overall this is a great pad to add to your arsenal for backpacking needs. I highly recommend checking out the Q-Core SLC Insulated Pad (BAG009X) and some sort of backpacking pillow.
