Product is great, Backcountry be weary

The jacket is great. Little difficult to find the right size, and as always with Barbour the sleeves are too short, but that is to be expected. Be weary on ordering with backcountry, in the process of ordering/returning a couple sizes they sent me the completely wrong jacket and tried to pass it off. Then tried to get me to pay shipping to return it. Ultimately everything was taken care of, but not after some administratively annoying activities and customer service conversations.
