I took two with me for a 5 day backpacking trip at 10,000 ft and LOVED them. Excellent sun protection while keeping me cool (enough) and quick drying. Definitely thicker than other sun hoodies I’ve tried, but I like the feel (more durable than most) and doesn’t seem to hold on to a lot of odor. My only wish is that the hood had a hole for a ponytail! Now these are both my go to outdoor shirts.

This is a great shirt for any activity. I use it for hiking, boating, and gardening. The material is a perfect weight for hot weather and it dries quickly if it gets wet. The sleeve thumb holes allow sun protection for the top of your hands. The hood is comfortable and shades the head well.

I absolutely love this top, ordered 1 in all the colors, super light weight, keeps me cool during long bike rides as I commute all summer. finger holes for hand coverage and hood are lovely, just need in more colors. would love a bubblegum pink, turquoise, lavender, red clay color.

I wear this hoodie all the time for work (as a wildlife biologist) and also on hikes, MTB rides, etc. Last week I was pond skimming in a huge snowbowl and every part of me that wasn't covered by my hoodie was totally fried! Super great protection without overheating. Also looks sick.

I’ve been searching for years for the right UPF shirts to wear while hiking, paddle boarding and just being out and about. I’m very light skinned redhead and burn super easily in the sun. I’ve tried men’s UPF river shirts, rash guards and other Amazon UPFs tees but nothing compares the coverage and how breathable these shirts are. I can wear it all day without feeling weighed down and overheating. I hope they bring back some of the previous colors that are currently sold out. I look forward to wearing this hoodie all summer long.

I am so happy with this top. It feels great, weightless and soft. I love the coverage it gives you with long sleeves and the hood, but it feels really lightweight. It works great for hiking, going to the beach, and looks good enough to go shopping or go out to eat. I plan to buy this in more colors I love it so much. I bought a small but probably could have done with an XS, but even the Small while a little big doesn't look oversized and I like a tighter fit in tops.

This runs about a half size small, I typically wear an XS and the XS was a bit snug, I kept the small because it's more roomy but it's a little bigger than I typically like shirts but it's my most worn shirt in the summer, it's breathable and the hood is generous so it actually covers your neck (front and back) and your hands too!

I would reccomend sizing up if you don't want a snug fit! I have broader shoulders and had to size up! The shirt is SUPER comfortable. #BACKCOUNTRYGEARHEAD
