Why We Like The UMA GT C2 Half Short

The UMA GT C2 Half Short gives us the performance features we want without the need to commit to bibs. They're as fast as they are comfortable thanks to exceptionally stretchy, high-wicking fabric that keeps us dry and supports us while we ride. Aerofit material at the front is super soft and holds the shorts in place, and the S7 EVO insert delivers targeted support and all-day comfort for however many miles we put away that day.

Assos UMA GT C2 Half Short

Familiarity:
I've put it through the wringer

I am writing this review on behalf of my wife. She is extremely disappointed in the durability of these expensive shorts. The fit was spot on and she loves wearing them; however, after only a few rides the glue in the waist seam came apart after being washed and air dried. She attempted to re-glue them the seam, but it didn’t work. Now after one summer of riding approx 110 miles per week, the entire waist seam is ripping. This is totally unacceptable for an Assos product.
