Why We Like The HOKA Arahi 7 Running Shoe
Now equipped to lock in our fit, the HOKA Arahi 7 Running Shoe keeps our foot perfectly positioned over its ultralight, ultra-cushy platform. The new flat-knit upper is strategically looped to give our midfoot a supportive hug when laced in, while the improved, cushier tongue eliminates pressure points and its dual gussets prevent migration. Just like its predecessors, this pair features HOKA's J-Frame technology that gives us the touch of stability we need without feeling heavy or clunky.

Wouldn't recommend, pretty though.
Was super excited to get this because I was obssesed with accent color and look. Definitely should've kept the reviews in mind! Support felt unevenly distributed throughout my feet which made for a very uncomfortable and streneous run. A little tight too, didn't really sit well on my feet in general. Ended up getting the Bondi 8's which I love!

I really like these shoes
I have had a lot less foot, knee, and back pain since I started wearing them.

Definitely not the same
My first Hokas were the Ahari 6. Hands down most comfortable shoe I've ever owned. I'm on my feet 7-10hrs a day. First time I had zero leg, back or feet pain after a shift in years. Fast forward to now, my new Ahari 7 are ok but nothing like the 6. They feel fine, but I have leg and feet fatigue again. Better than other shoes I've had but definitely not as good as the 6. Come on Hoka, why change a good thing?! (Side note:I did try the Graviota as well). I probably will not buy more Hokas in the future unless a shoe like the 6 returns.

I thought the Arahi 6 was great but these are even better!
These are some awesome shoes! I workout in them but I also wear them all day long and they are so comfortable and responsive. I can't wait to get my next pair.

2nd pair of Arahi
I have high arches with leads to pain while I am walking and plantar fasciitis. The arahi 7 have been fantastic for both. I wear them whenever I am going to be walking for more than just a bit. I would definitely recommend them. I had to get a second pair because I had to wear the first pair every day for months while my heels healed.

A great walking shoe
The most comfortable shoes I have ever worn for walking or just standing in. Not for sports like pickleball but for comfort.

Not as good as the Arahi 6
The Arahi 7 is very different from the Arahi 6. The footbed is much tighter especially around the toes than the 6 and there doesn't seem to be as much cushioning as the 6. The material of the shoe even seems different. I ended up keeping these to wear on errands, etc but prefer the Arhai 6 and the Bondis for long walks and exercising.

12 Hour Shoes!
I tested these shoes out for the first time on vacation. I wore them for 12 hours the first day through 2 international airports and a convention center hotel. My feet, legs and back felt perfectly fine. Continued to wear them throughout the 8 day vacation and I have zero complaints!

I miss Ahari 6
I love Ahari 6's. When I couldn't find that model, I tried the upgraded Ahari 7's. The 7's are a little longer and yet more snug. Also, the top fabric is more stiff, and actually hurt my feet where the shoe creased. Bring back the Ahari 6's! Sometimes progress is not better:
