Why We Like The Brooks Ghost Max Shoe
The Brooks Ghost Max shoe is built for those of us who believe there's no such thing as a shoe that's too soft. This road running shoe features a high stack of foam cushioning to place less pressure on our feet and soften the ride for our daily training runs, recovery days, and leisure walks. This max cushion version of the popular Ghost is softer than the OG and features a lower, 6mm drop for a comfortable, mid-foot strike.

Best of Both Worlds
I'm a 62 year old male with 4E wide feet and Brooks is the only brand for me, but in the past their selection was limited to a running shoe or a walking shoe. I've bought both, and the running shoe's upper is excellent but the sole is too thin for my liking. The walking shoe's sole is excellent, but the upper is too heavy for my liking. So, imagine my delight with the Ghost Max! Brooks combined the upper that I love with the sole that I love, and bam I now have the perfect shoe.

Great shoe
A great shoe...best you make! I use it for waling, not running.....I have tried lots of Brooks shoes.....this beats them all! You need more colors available in the 2E wide width

Excellent cushion for protection
This is my first Brooke shoes. I purchased this model ghost max for more cushions since I walk over 16k daily for fitness. I love this shoe and the cushion it provides. I wore this shoe in Barcelona Spain and walked over 20k steps daily without any foot fatigue. It’s amazing 🤩

Ghost Max Review
The Ghost max shoe is great for running to everyday wear. It has also helped support soy plantar fasciitis mends a little more quickly! The only reason I didn’t give it 5 stars is because the sole started pealing after 85 miles on the shoes. They would get 5 stars if that didn’t happen due to durability also!

I have 59 year old bad feet Always have problems due to bunions, flat feet and hate narrow snug toe boxes Ghost max is so comfortable Plenty of toe box room Much more comfortable than ghost 15 I run about 5k few times week Bought pairs for my wife and daughter as well All love the max!

The cushion is outstanding and the footbed provides the stability and protection needed. I was able to purchase my normal size (11.5) and the fit was exactly what I expected.

Great recovery day shoe
My Glycerin 20s were up for renewal and thought I'd try something different. I thought they were going to feel firmer because of the v2 DNA loft however they feel almost just as soft underfoot. Great for easy/long days.
