New features of this high-end Ooni oven include a borosilicate glass door that lets us see how our pizza's coming along without letting any hot air out of the oven and ClearView tech that keeps the glass soot- and ash-free pizza party after pizza party. Out of the box, this oven's ready to be heated with wood or charcoal for a traditional wood-fired 'za. It heats to the ideal cooking temperature in about 15 minutes, and at such a high heat, dinner is done in just a minute.

Fantastic purchase

The Karu 12g was easy
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The Karu 12g was easy to use especially given it was my first time using a pizza oven for pizza. I used the Gas burner which helped in temperature control. After my first use I definitely would of preferred the Karu 16 instead as the 12g space was pretty tight for a 12inch pizza.

Super happy with the purchase!

Ooni Karu 12G Multi-Fuel Pizza Oven
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Only used twice up to now. Both times with wood fuel. Not had chance to use charcoal or gas yet. Easy to set up and use. Also purchased dough balls but find the dough difficult to turn once in the oven pizza on occasions break up. Dough is very sticky even though plenty of flour used. Quite difficult to clean internally without getting covered in soot. All that said reasonably happy with oven.

Best pizza in town!

Had a pizza party for my son’s 8th birthday a few weeks again and think I’ve probably increased sales as a result! So easy to use, once you get the hang of it, and being able to cook so much more besides pizza (which I didn’t realise) is a brilliant bonus!
