Improved balance and mobility immediately
My daughter loves these shoes. They immediately improved her walking, balance and coordination moving through all types of uneven surfaces. I will be purchasing only barefoot shoes for her moving forward. I cannot recommend these enough. Thanks for making them people of Merrel!

Causes blister/cuts in the back of toddler ankles
Immediately put them on and my son complained about them hurting. I convinced him to wear them to play at a splash pad. It wasn’t until after playing for about 2 hours I noticed it was cutting into the back of his ankles. Worn once and won’t be able to use again. Last year the water shoes we used was great and had Velcro strap for the back. Recommend bringing these back

Poor sizing?
Bought for my daughter’s first shoe as we are in Mexico for a month. Did a lot of research and was really excited about this shoe. Followed guides and measured her feet properly many times and compared to the size chart online to make sure I would get the right size. She’s 14 months old. Went with size 4. It fits really big. Lots of extra room throughout the whole shoe, length and width wise. She got little blisters on the bottom of her big toes from rubbing in all of the extra room. We aren’t using them anymore. I’m not sure how much longer before we can use them, if at all due to how wide they are.

Sizing changed when only made in “M” versus M or W
Disappointed. Been getting these for my grandson. The new version that only comes in medium is wider in the heel than when they were made in medium and wide. Seems like they tried to go in between when they decided to only offer one width. They already ran wide when it was a Medium before

Best summer shoe
We love these so much! We live in a beach town and they’re worn all summer long! …I just wish this exact shoe could be made in bigger sizes. My five year old is begging for these in his size, and as a mom I am too!

Perfect Easy On/Off Shoe
This shoe is perfect for all our spring and summer adventures. Lightweight but with a sturdy toe. Adjustable Velcro closure makes them easy on and off. The toe opening is good for kids with wide feet. I bought two pair for when one gets wet. But they dry quickly.

Our Favourite Merrell Shoe!
Absolutely love these shoes! We have them in four different sizes as they are the ones that hold up best during the summer and that our son has no problem wearing all day. They stay on well and are easy to get on and off for little hands just learning to put on shoes. Highly recommend!

Favorite Shoe
We got a pair of the blue and orange ones in a Stitch Fix box. My son wore them nonstop and won’t wear anything other kind of shoe. We were able to compromise and get him to wear another color, thanks to the availability on this website. They’re so durable outside of water and easy to clean.
