The Lowdown is a slimmed down Chaco that can still hold its own on the trail, and the Lowdown Slide loses the ankle strap to feel comfier on more relaxing hikes. The midsole might be thinner, but it still gives better rebound and less compression for a trail-ready performance. Chaco updated the straps with anti-odor technology for odor control, and it has similar adjustments to the original Chaco for a snug fit. ChacoGrip gives the same technical traction and stable platform you'd expect from Chaco.

The perfect summer slip on

These are amazing! Plenty of arch support and comfortable for a whole day of teaching. The Chaco flips are too narrow for my foot, but these are perfect!
