Solved my problem!
A hand phone and a car key are hindrance to my running. This belt takes care of the problem.

does exactly what i need it to!
holds my keys, phone, a sweaty t-shirt tucked in the back straps, and few little snacks. easy access into the two pockets. stays on well on my hips when I run, not usually much adjusting, I ordered a medium and am 150lbs 5’9” and wear a 31 pants. good for short/medium walks, runs, and hikes

Comfortable!
Perfect for long runs. You can carry up to a 150mL flask on the back and another 150mL on the front.

Barely noticed I was wearing it!
This running belt was a pleasant surprise. Fit well and stayed put with phone, key and Salomon soft flask. Won’t leave for a short run without it!!!

Simple but Versatile
This has been a great belt. I got this because my wife wanted me to carry my phone while I ran but I hate when it bounces around in my pocket and I don't like holding it in my hand while I run. This has been awesome. I love the zippered pocket in the front where I put my phone it makes it easy to get when I am checking my navigation but also secure so I don't have to worry about it falling out or bouncing around while I run. Also the back pocket has been great for everything else I need. The little clip in there is great for a key. I can also fit multiple gels and a water bottle where needed. Also my headlamp fits perfectly. I usually go running right around sunrise so I start in the dark and end in the light. When the sun comes up I can take off the headlamp and slide it into that back pocket with the rest of my stuff and have no issues. As it starts to warm up I can also take off any layers I have on and fasten them in the two back loops. All around I have loved this belt and plan to use it for a long time.

Great Belt
I bought one for myself last summer for marathon training. Brilliant belt, managed to fit my phone, gels, water bottle basically everything I needed for longer runs and race day. Comfy and generally stays put and very comfortable. Just bought my son one for his longer runs, he loves it too.
