great product, great customer service

I was pretty disappointed to see that the set I received was incomplete and missing the #4 brassie. I reached out to customer service immediately and talked with Elizabeth, who told me I could return the whole set and that they would ship another out to me. I had a trip to Yosemite planned in two days and so I was disappointed to hear this, thinking there was no way the new set would come before i left on my trip. I explained this to Elizabeth, who comped me next day shipping, and lo and behold the new set came the next day in time for me to bring on my trip! Very impressed with the customer service, thank you Elizabeth! As far as the product goes, these brassies are excellent and hold in placements where nothing else does, short of nailing. No, they aren’t the most durable, but it seems their intended use is hard aid and sketchy free climbing placements where nothing else will work, not day in/day out trad climbing. See the DMM peanuts if you want increased durability for everyday trad. Top notch gear, top notch customer service.

Great gear, but why so pricey?

I've put it through the wringer

I cant imagine a reason why 6 brass nuts could possibly cost $175. When you use them, they're nearly disposable, as some wear and tear inevitably ruins the wires within no time.
