Ghost 16 Wide Shoe - Women's

Good shoe

Love the cushion the shoe has but the toe is reinforced and tends to fold in with foot movement and causes pressure on the toe.

I’m a 61 yr old woman you had total hip replacement surgery eight months ago and started exercising again and I’m walking 2.5 miles every day. I don’t run but I fast walk and these are the most comfortable shoe i have ever owned. Love them recommended them to my daughter and I plan to buy more to change it up. Thank you

Different fit than Ghost 15

I'm a walker, not a runner. Toe box is extremely roomy even for Brooks, my toes are swimming. This is a cream colored shoe, I personally would not buy in a dark color with the white sides at the bottom.

Super Comfy

Just received my new Ghost 16 in Oyester/Black/Alloy, absolutely love them!! Super comfy, and look awesome on. I already own the Bookes Adreneline which I use for running and circuit training however I purchased the Ghost 16 purely as a day to day trainer. I have a bunion on my left foot so I need a fairly wide to box, I was concerned that they may be too tight as I ordered medium fit but they are perfect. They also have a nice spongy cushion inner sole, if you like the Adreneline fit then you will like these as they are a similar style fit.

Like - good nuetral support & cushioning + wide fit is good to size.Gripe - wide fits have too limited a colour range.

This is my 3rd pair of Brookes -Recommended by my Podiatrist. Bought for walking - my running days well past !. With the wide fit & high level of neutral support & cushioning they are ideal for foot problems & Bunions. My first 2 pairs were Ghost 15 so I was concerned about the new Spec. I need not have worried . Even more comfort with no loss of support . My only gripe is that as one of many women who need a wide fit ,the colour choice is too limited . I stare with envy of the colour range otherwise on offer .

I have knee problems and this is the one shoe that I can wear comfortably. I would recommend it.

Only wore for half an hour in the house. Don't care for the instability.

Brooks for the win

I am a Brooks loyalist! These shoes provide ankle support but are roomy in the toe box. The color way is fire and I’ve gotten compliments on my shoes. I enjoy wearing these shoes.

Returned

I've worn Brooks shoes for 20+ years for running and have tried several styles. Am a bit limited given I need an 11 narrow and there are only so many styles offered. Have enjoyed the Ghosts for several years but these are a miss. Not comfortable at all. Am grateful for the Run Happy Promise; returned these and am hoping the Adrenaline's I just ordered feel better!

Bring back the 15s please

I have been wearing ghosts for years and the 16s are giving me blisters. It’s frustrating having to buy the new models when the old ones were perfect. Now I can’t find the 15s anywhere. Don’t fix what isn’t broken
