Why We Like The Lamina Sleeping Bag
Chilly fall evenings and early morning dew don't stand a chance against the Lamina Sleeping Bag. This fiery number holds its own on our most rugged of adventures with the ripstop, water-resistant shell protecting the heat-guarding insulation that could still keep us warm even if it did get wet. We no longer squirm away from cold spots with the proprietary welded construction vanquishing them from existence. With our feet laying naturally in the contoured footbox, the tailored hood cinched tight, and the shaped draft collar caressing our chin, we dose off into a cozy slumber.

Warm and comfy
- Familiarity:
- I've used it several times
Ive used this bag several times at temps as low as 30-35 degrees in a 3 season tent on a sleeping pad of an R value of 5. It feels comfy and warm. It packs small and can be compressed very small. I highly recommend it.

Defective - seam not sewn
- Familiarity:
- I've used it once or twice and have initial impressions
- Size Bought:
- Long
Seam at bottom was not sewn shut. Obvious manufacturers defect must have slipped QC. Won't buy from Mountain Hardware again. I ordered and shipped to Seattle for a trip with my brother , I live in San Francisco. I didn't realize the bag's stitching was missing until packing up after a night at 8000 ft in the Cascades.

Spent 7 nights on the Middlefork Salmon & was comfy & warm the entire trip! Why didn’t I get this sleeping bag sooner?

Lamina for the win
This is my third Lamina sleeping bag and love it. Inner liner is soft as silk and zippers work great. Hood on Mountain Hardwear sleeping bags are a plus.

Great Sleeping Bag - Fits Really Well
So far this sleeping bag has been amazing, I haven’t taken it too cold, but it is toasty warm and fits like a glove. I’m 6 ft tall, and wanted some extra room - the long is perfect, but the regular would have been fine too. Overall a fantastic sleeping bag.
