Why We Like The OneSource Camp Shower Sprayer

With a six-foot hose and three spray settings, this camp shower offers homey comfort while we're cleaning up on the road. The rechargeable lithium-ion OneSource battery manages pressurization inside the shower's basin, so we can adjust the water pressure as we see fit. And because the OneSource battery can charge other devices while it's plugged into the sprayer, we can blast our sing-in-the-shower playlist while recharging our phone battery.

Unable to get started.

I was really excited to use this. I charged the battery and followed all the instructions in the packaging, but when I attempt to turn the pump on, nothing happens. I took too long to test it out, so I don't know how I can return it at this point. Very disappointed.

AWESOME PORTABLE SHOWER

We did a lot of research looking for the easiest to use portable shower system for camping. We had a hand pump one for a number of years but someone always had to pumping it when it was in use. After comparing quite a few on the market today, we chose the Coleman ONESOURCE CAMP SHOWER SPRAYER C002 and couldn't be happier with our choice. It is easy to use, compact (folds down to almost nothing) and we love that it is rechargeable! We use our Jackery 1000 portable power station along with our Jackery 200W solar panels to recharge it and heat water on our campstove in order to have the water hot enough to do dishes (the sun will never do a good enough job of heating the water to a high enough temp for our uses but it does start the job!) Dishes you say? YES!!! Not only do we use for showers, we use it to wash our dishes - the spray nozzle reaches all the way in to our wash tub and the nozzle does an AWESOME job of rinsing. Once again, Coleman RULES!!! Thank you, Coleman, for all of your years of making camping a fun, organized, and well equipped experience!

Water shower leaked

The water sprayer leaked in two areas, one at the nozzle, and the other at the top where you tighten down the lid.. it leaked about a gallon and a half of water all over my car. Great concept, weak engineering.

Comparison vs foot-pump-up camp shower

I had tried a pump-up competitor to the Coleman Onesource before buying. So it was nice to compare the two methods. The pump-up has the advantage of theoretically always being powered however I found it awkward in all kinds of ways. The Onesource had a much easier method, a higher-quality sprayer, and a smaller-but-still-sufficient container(3 gallons vs 5 gallons for the pump-up) which made it easier to carry around. Left in the sun the shower is plenty warm/hot. I have used it every day after swimming as a test for a couple of weeks. The only weird thing is that when the battery is low it starts up and then cuts out, which made me initially think it was broken. But new battery all was fine again. I would say the battery lasts about two showers. So if you have a family camping for a week you are going to need a lot of batteries or charge them frequently.

Perfect portable water source

I bought this to wash down my boat as I worked on the teak on the mooring. Works perfectly to have a little fresh water and a spray handy vs. having to go to the dock. Not so easy with a small catboat...

The leaks started after 5 days

Hello, That was my dream product. It was very helpful after long trail hiking for cleaning my boots, and equipment, washing my face, etc. My first trip was amazing. I filled it up % 50 and went to my next adventure. After completing my hiking, I used water %20 and left it %30 with water inside the tank. That was my testing strategy. I kept it with water for over 5 days and then the leaking started. Water started coming out of the water pipe inlet and then the battery inlet started to leak water. Unfortunately, I returned it. Maybe I wasn't lucky. I am highly eager to buy and test version CAMP SHOWER 2.0 in the future.

Not impressed

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We are novice campers so I really wanted to LOVE this item but i'm not a fan. We took it with us on our last camping venture with the kids and it leaked more water than it sprayed. I'm not sure if the one we received was damaged but we tried it again once we returned back home and the leaking was annoying. I think it's a really great idea, if we didn't have the leaking issues. The hose connects to the water basin with easy so it's very user friendly. It holds a decent amount of water @ 3 gallons. The water pressure was stronger than I expected...which was a win. It includes a 6' hose, battery and a sprayer with basin. I love Coleman brand / products so I could not give it anything less than 3-stars, I just think the product I received was damaged.

Camp shower

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is a great little camp shower. I would recommend this to anyone who needs a camp shower. It was really easy to set up and it was super easy to add water to it and get it going. Good product and I would buy again.

Great Job Coleman

I've only taken it on one trip so far but I like it. Definitely makes rinsing dishes so much easier. Great for a quick hand wash at the camp...don't have to run to a faucet or bathroom facilities just to wash up...nice. I washed my hair and it had enough pressure going to rinse out the shampoo quickly and thoroughly...good job. The handle seems to leak and I don't know if that's just my hose assembly or if it just does that on all of the units. Not really a problem since when it drips it drips it outside anyway. Doesn't seem to drip when turned off though. Folds down nicely for travel & storage. I charged the battery at the same time I was loading my solar power pack and it charged well right off the solar panels. Took about the same amount of time to fully charge as I think a wall charger would take to accomplish the task. A full charge took about 4 hrs...I really depleted the battery. Seems to be well made...except maybe the dripping from the hose below the spray handle but if that is the worst problem, that's not a deal breaker. Yep, I like it. I rate right up there with my indoor/outdoor propane heater and my solar panel & power pack...3 of my most favorite camping accessories. I'm considering my next purchase of the Onesource Vacuum. Still on the fence a bit there though.
