Want to buy each year for warehouse floors
I see negative reviews for not being warm enough but these boots are build for speed. I can walk and run in these all day. You want warm boots buy Chilkat boots. Those are warmer for -10. You can still hike in them. These you can run in.

Must have - no doubt
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Really warm (did not feel cold at -25C), lightweight, and it is likely to be waterproof. I would love to see variety of colors for this boots: brown and blue leather colors would become hit.

Comfortable and Lightweight with Impressive Traction
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I recently purchased The North Face Men's VECTIV Fastpack Insulated FUTURELIGHT™ Boots, and overall, I'm quite satisfied with my purchase. The boots are incredibly light, making them a comfortable choice for various activities. The traction is outstanding, providing stability on different terrains. However, I did notice that the side of the boots tends to rub against my leg, which could be a bit uncomfortable. Wearing long, cushioned socks helps alleviate this issue, but it would be great if the boots could feature a more skin-friendly material in that area. Despite this minor concern, the overall performance and comfort of these boots make them a reliable choice for outdoor enthusiasts. I'm looking forward to seeing potential improvements in future models.

Great snow boot.
