Why We Like The Five Ten Freerider Cycling Shoe
Whether we're just starting out on our mountain biking journey or racing enduro, the Five Ten Freeriders are one of our favorite flat pedal shoes out there. The ultra-grippy Stealth S1 rubber outsole keeps us locked into our pedals over rocky terrain and is designed to hold up long rides and having to hike our bikes up granite slabs. The leather and mesh uppers are breathable even as our rides heat up, keeping our feet cool and comfortable all ride long.

Won't buy another pair of 510s, sole too soft.
Fits large. Colour online is much darker than actual colour. Sole has started to break down after only a couple months of riding.

Best flat pedal shoe made
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] 5ten shoes are still the best at keeping the foot firmly on the pedal. So sticky. And super comfortable. My old pair is now my go to sneaker, while the new ones only come out for riding. Size 9 fits perfectly to my size8 1/2+ foot.

Great quality flat pedal shoe.
Grippy sole that securely hangs onto the pedals and just enough stiffness in the sole for efficient and comfy pedalling over decent distances. Looked great out the box, now covered in mud, so less so. Take ages to dry, which needs a bit of managing if you are riding back to back days.

Great quality and durability, good comfort and fit
If you are like me and have an abnormally wide toe box 4E these shoes will feel slightly snug for the first while loosen the laces and wear the shoes they do stretch. Aside from that they are amazing and can be worn all day long.

Amazing shoes look great
