SB140 Turq 29in Mountain Bike Frame

Whether we're flying down tight switchbacks or sending it through our local jump lines, the Yeti SB140 is one of the best bikes ever to do it. Featuring Yeti's premium TURQ carbon frame, sitting on dual 29-inch wheels, and backed by 140mm of Switch Infinity suspension, the SB140 is a trail bike that does everything right. Behind all Yeti's superbikes is their renowned Switch Infinity suspension system that utilizes a translating pivot system that moves up and down as we move through the travel to create an efficient pedaling platform in the first bit of travel and an efficient descending platform and increased bottom-out resistance in the last bit of travel. The SB140 has a pretty linear 14% progressivity rate, which means that the suspension doesn't reach bottom-out as easily and is easier to pedal uphill due to less bobbing from the suspension.

Not only are the suspension kinematics top-tier and efficient, but so is the geometry; A 65.4-degree headtube angle gives us tons of confidence in technical and steep sections of the trail, while the steep 77.5-degree seat tube angle ensures we are in the perfect position for efficient seated climbing when it's time to get back to the top for another lap. A medium wheelbase and a short standover height give us the ability to run longer stroke dropper posts across all size frames and provide us with confidence when we are descending, while size-specific chainstays ensure every size of the SB140 is perfectly playful and agile while remaining stable and composed as speed. For the final touches, Yeti loaded up the SB140 TURQ frame with chainstay and downtube protectors, internal cable routing, one water bottle mount, and an SRAM Universal Derailleur Hanger.
