Great Socks!
- Familiarity:
- I've used it several times
My wife loves these after a cold stormy powder filled weekend! Pay no mind to the other review, its not even addressing the product function. They held a good charge, kept her feet from turning blue and numb. She said it wasnt cooking her feet but def made them more comfortable in tight ski boots. The socks also were fine to wear two days back to back without getting baggy or nasty. You should make sure they are ON and blinking when using, it could be easy to forget or not understand if your tech challenged

Not as described, wrong features listed
Note...this is NOT the Bluetooth battery pack. Description states that you can control the battery/heat level via Bluetooth app. I ordered these because I wanted that feature and it said it had this feature. However now that I have the item, it is not the Bluetooth version. It looks like the only Bluetooth versions are the 700B and 1400B battery packs. The 1200 does not have this feature. Will be contacting backcountry for a refund and to notify them of the wrong item description. Unfortunately it now appears they don?t actually carry the Bluetooth enabled versions. As this was a gift for my wife before our next snowboard trip later this week, I?m fairly disappointed.
