Why We Like The North Face Bridgeway Ankle Pant
The North Face Bridgeway Ankle Pant provides everything we need to stay comfortable during scenic day hikes and week-long backpacking trips. The FlashDry-XD materials wick moisture away from our skin and dry out fast to keep us cool as the miles add up, and the DWR treatment keeps us prepared for changing conditions on the trail by shedding light rain from passing showers. Durable stretch fabric and articulated knees allow for a full range of motion, while the integrated belt and cinch-cord leg openings allow us to customize the fit and keep dirt, rocks, and twigs from disrupting our flow.

Almost perfect.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The fabric is breathable and the pants are the perfect length for me (5ft.3in/159 cm) without any alterations. Have gone hiking, ATVing, and camping with this. The only con is that the butt area pills - it did so even just after the second wear.

Stretchy and great for hiking
These hiking pants fit great, are stretchy, and dry quickly. Being short, they were full-length on me, and I appreciated the ties at the bottom. I hiked most of the Wonderland Trail in them, and they were perfect. Not too hot or cool and plenty of stretch. They got completely soaked in the rain, but dried quickly while wearing them. I recommend them!

Great Hiking Pants
- Familiarity:
- I've used it several times
These are so comfortable, lightweight, and quick drying. I am super glad I chose these over the zip offs. They don't hold odor even after several hot weather wears without washing.

My new fave climbing pants
They don't look nearly as nerdy on as they do in these photos. Super stretchy and haven't pulled or snagged yet. I sized up because I have a large waist, otherwise they fit true-to-size

Pants I received are NOT what's pictured...
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Not only are the pants I received made very differently from these, they are huge at the waist & too tight on the calves. Makes for a really awkward look & feel. I've had awful luck with sizing @ TNF lately, nothing was sized to their chart, everything was way too large. I received pants that are pull on, no zippers or button, the fit is way off, they measured 30" @ the waist for a size 0 - not 25/26 as the chart states. Not slim to the waist or hips. The belt is placed differently, not hidden thru the back. The material is way thinner & too flexible, almost see thru, pulls in fabric & seams. 100% not the pants shown, or described. So disappointed, I'd never expect this from TNF, especially for the cost of their products. I miss the days of when higher costs equated to higher quality.

Runs large
I like the style and fabric of the pants. Unfortunately, they run large so I have to cinch the top quite a bit. Next size down is sold out, so I'm out of luck. The silhouette doesnt match the pictures, likely because they are too large. Definitely buy a size down from your regular. DWR coating is good, water beads right off them.
