Great bigger water helmet
- Familiarity:
- I've used it once or twice and have initial impressions
- Size Bought:
- Large / one size
I got this helmet for a swiftwater course and for a summer of bigger river trips. I would feel comfortable with this helmet for raft trips but less so for kayaking due to the lack of occipital and side protection. It is super comfortable, quick drying and pretty good looking. I fit my Neoprene cap with a brim under and was very comfortable. Will need to get a different more protective helmet for kayaking creeks and smaller rivers for sure.
