The Samaya2.0 is a true featherweight mountaineering tent, thanks to its premium materials and single-wall construction. This 4-season tent features 43g Dyneema Composite on the floor and 34g Dyneema on the removable roof for an extremely lightweight and abrasion-resistant build. The walls feature a 3-layer Nanovent membrane, which is highly breathable (40,000 g/m²) and waterproof (10,000mm) to keep out rain and snow while transmitting evaporated moisture from inside the tent to the outside air. The tent also features a zippered vent for increased airflow and reflective guylines to secure the tent in storms and windy alpine conditions. The Samaya2.0 packs down into an 8X6 pouch with a trail weight under 3 pounds.

Typical condensation issues
- Familiarity:
- I've used it once or twice and have initial impressions
- Height:

- Weight:

We tested it on a 3 day fall trip. Like any single walled tent, there were condensation issues. Ventilation is okay, but we worried it would get pretty miserable in a storm, especially since the tent is small and you can't sit up without touching the walls. There's a vestibule addon you can get, but then the setup is heavier than the Samaya2.5, which seems like it might be a better bet? Would probably work great as a solo winter tent.
