Pinarello Nytro E7 Ultegra Di2 Carbon Wheel Road E-Bike
Take on new heights with added speed from the Nytro E7 Ultegra Di2 Carbon Wheel Road E-Bike, a bike designed with adventure in mind. Built with the same high-performance materials as Pinarello’s standard road bikes, the carbon T900 UD carbon layup provides us with the optimal balance between lightness, reactivity, and vibration dampening, while the shape of the Onda fork delivers optimal stability and turning control at high speeds. With the TQ-HPR50 drive unit, we are provided with smooth, natural pedaling with a range of up to 62 miles.
Though the added speed of the E-bike helps take us to new heights, the Shimano Ultegra Di2 drivetrain is the key to our high-performance ride. The incredibly fast and reliable shifting performance provided by this electronic drivetrain makes it easier than ever to climb, descend, and sprint our way down any road. The 50/34t chainrings and 11-34t cassette range provide us with ample gearing for any terrain, while the MOST Ultrafast Carbon DB and Pirelli P7 Sport tires keep us rolling with efficiency.

Worthless customer support
- Familiarity:
- I've used it several times
I purchased a Pinarello E-bike on Backcountry for my wife. The transaction processing was clear and easy. Shipping was prompt; That is the end of the positives. The bike arrived but without the Owner's manuel and other instructions on how to assemble. Installing the seat post on this bike is differect from most; instructions not sent. I contacted Backcountry customer support. They apologized and the individual emailed me the owners manuel and several 'dealer technical manuels' on Di shifting. The bike arrived without the appropirate manuels; no instructions on use of the App; the pedal assist settings were not properly configured; the disc brakes needed adjusting and the Ultegra shifting didn't work. Customer assistance was worthless. We have figured out and corrected these problems w assistance from various bike shops. I absolutely will never purchase another bike from Backcountry or Competitive Cyclist (their sister company). There is no functional customer assistance. If this were a ordinary bike; I could have easily addressed the poor quality of the bike's shipped setup. However, this is a pedal assist e-bike and substantially more complicated. I would never recommend Backcountry to purchase a bike or any complicated product. Go to your local/regional bike store where you can get quality customer support.. I do not recommend Backcountry.
