I had been eyeballing this jacket for some time. I had my reservations about purchasing it because I’m a lifelong Patagonia and Arcteryx wearer, and had never owned anything from OR. After losing almost 50 lbs in the last 5 months, all my jackets are now too big so I took the plunge and gave this one a shot and am soooooo glad I did. Warm, light, and the fit is perfect. I also really love the length of this jacket… and it’s good looking to boot. This thing is literally perfect. Awesome quality too. Going forward, OR will be my go to brand for outerwear.

Comfortable product
I use this for light hiking/X-country skiing. Jacket is warm and cozy and feels soft. This is a light jacket, so won't keep you dry or warm in extreme or rainy conditions. I enjoy the high zipper which protects my face from bitter cold winds. My only complaint would be I wish it were even a bit lighter weight. I do love the lavender color.

Fantastic ultralight puffy
I have now used this jacket for six months including three months of heavy duty hiking in Tasmania. I think the best thing about this jacket is that it is perfect for conditions from about plus five Celsius to about plus fifteen Celsius. Even when you are working hard, or put a wind shell over it it does not seem to overheat. Not the jacket to sit outside when you are not moving, but if you are moving it is a fantastic sweet spot. The only downside is that it is fairly fragile, and you have to protect it. I do not think it is possible to have a ultra-tough and lightweight jacket so this is not unexpected.

Windproof lightweight hoodie
Yes please. This is my 3rd one! Can't say enough about them and OR had a zipper bust on one pocket, they sent me a brand new one. Thanks OR, awesome hoodie from and even awesome company. ✌️

Amazing jacket. Bought one for my daughter.
This jacket is amazing. It is really warm for how lightweight it is. Super versatile and able to be used in a number of different settings. Packs down small for when I am traveling.

Microtrash nightmare
I noticed some pilling and tried to remove it. When I did, I noticed these thin strands, almost like spiderwebs (the namesake superstrand?) Attached to the pilling. On closer inspection I found these strands leaking out of multiple seams, not just pilled areas. Crazy to think I've probably been leaving a trail of small plastic trash all over my trails for the last 2-3 months. Can't believe this got through quality testing from an apparently eco-conscious company.

Yes
This is light weight and great as a stand alone or under a parka when we get in the minus territory.

Amazing puffy
Both my husband and I own 2 each of these great jackets. They've replaced our nanopuffs for hiking, backpacking, and all-around wear. They have great loft and warmth for being ultralight without a lot of bulk. This is the perfect jacket to wear while being active because you won't overheat. Fits great under a backpack too.

Solid lightweight piece
For what it is: a lightweight synthetic, it's great. -Light, compressible, easy to mash into the corner of a pack -Fits good on me. 5'10, 165#, +2 ape, cyclist/climber/skier build. Room for a fleece under, moves pretty well. Arms could use some more articulation; hem rides up wit overhead reaching -Decent wind protection. BUT, it's a lightweight. If you're expecting heavyweight warmth or durability you'll be disappointed. I snagged on a branch and I tore through the fabric. It's comfortable while stationary to ~50F in the shade with a tshirt under.
