Built well but a bit large
- Familiarity:
- I've used it several times
The pack is built very well and is comfortable. It stays place. not shift while riding single track. However, I feel it is a little too large for every day mountain biking. The water reservoir is light weight, but I feel it’s Opening is a bit cumbersome. I’ve switched to my order bladder.

You should be buying your gear here!

- One size only. (the right size)
So I bought a similar hydro-pack direct from the manufacturer’s website, and I had problems. It was too small, and I had difficulty sending it back. Turned me off to them. I then found this pack on Backcountry - (bigger, and better than the last one - exactly what I wanted). Delivery took 2 days. Backcountry is simply exceptional with their customer service and buying/returns policy. Every time I buy something somewhere else I regret it. Backcountry matches all prices and their customer support can’t be beat. Period. And the pack is awesome too! No regerts…

I called to cancel my order for another backpack I had ordered for cycling and the customer service person recommended this one to me. I've waited after I got to go on a good number of rides. It's great, I have all my essential tools and stuff without getting weighed down. It's perfect. I really appreciate the recommendation.
