Super for steaks! I sous
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Super for steaks! I sous vide them to internal temp and get wonderful grill marks and color. You MUST preheat. I place mine in oven as it comes to temp, works great.

Could be better

Disappointed in the pan. The
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Disappointed in the pan. The exterior left a significant black residue on everything it came into contact with after use. My hands clothes counter dish towel were all covered in black and anything I touched (pantry door etc) had a black residue. It was an absolute mess and impossible to o clean. I have never had that happen with any other cast iron pan I own. Wish I could return it.

All of these tool are awesome!! Love the turning peel really is essential for the turning of the pizza it made it so much easier!

Works for 2 person meal!
These are nice and less unwieldy than the large grizzler. Best for a 2 person portioned meal.
