A must for winter snowboarding gear

This cleaner and treatment is a must for any winter jackets or other hardshells used hiking or other outdoor activities. I make sure to clean and treat all my gear at the end of the season before packing it away. The only downside to using this is that one package will treat only a few articles but it’s easy to use. You need to plan for spending half a day doing this as you need to run it through twice. Once you get everything cleaned and treated it’s just a waiting game for all the gear to air dry.

The product works well. That being said, it does take two separate washes (one to clean and one to waterproof) and a dry so it takes some time. Worth it in the end.

Clean coat and improved water proofing

This product is the best on the market for washing and adding waterproofing via wash in application. Spray on waterproofing is obviously better but this is super easy and works better than some brands spray on. The only thing I can knock Nikwax on is the odor. I personally have an acquired smell for it but my partner is still getting there. All Nikwax products are game changers to keep your gear and apparel clean and fresh to add bonus years to your belongings.

Easy to use and completely renews and re-waterproofs my gear. Tip: I let my washer fill with water before adding in the liquid

It's an amazing product! Use it ALL the time with all my outdoor wear and often tell others to do the same. It keeps you gear strong! Would recommend! Small amount of product, only downfall.

This is what everyone uses when it comes to cleaning & waterproofing your outdoor gear! I do wish it was “stronger” meaning I could wash more garments per load or have to use less product per wash. But either way, a MUST have if you are a snowboarder or skier.

I use Nikwax on all my ski layers, and it’s never failed me! There is no competition when it comes to cleaning and waterproofing your gear.

It does what it says … are use Granger on all of my outerwear, and I also wash most backpack and gear with it
