Still Leaks!

I really like it however

Caps

Feeling sad

Solved my problem!
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My original hydro flask water bottle leaked every time I drank out of it. I called the company, even though it had been two years since my daughter gave it to me, and they replaced the lid with no questions asked. Now there are no leaks, and I love the water bottle! Great company!

Neat lid!

Sleek but…
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I like that the loop handle can rotate. I like the sleep design. I don’t love how even though it shows red in the opening when locked, I’ve still managed to not be sure it’s closed properly and emptied my bottle in my bag more than once. I’ve also noticed, and am trying to not attribute to user error, a slight tendency to dribble. I still haven’t figured out if it’s coming from the top/opening or where the piece rotates to lock and unlock.

I took the lid apart to clean it, then screwed the top two pieces together first. Now I can't get the third piece back on and I can't unscrew the top two pieces. Is there a trick to this?

I am missing just a part of the wide mouth flex sip lid. I have the bottom piece and middle piece, but my purchase exluded the rubber part and the top part that is used to open and close sipping part of lid. I'd like to replace just the missing items
