Ditching the Briefcase
I'll be using this for when I attend philatelic events, There's room for my laptop, small electronic devices, digital cameras and cabling if needed. Also, there are pockets I'll use for philatelic catalogs and background reference notes. Replaces a nylon briefcase I was using. Carrying all my stuff in a pack is more convenient and frees up my hands when browsing collections and sales items. I had Gregory packs back in their early days and know that this ones is built to last.

Excellent daypack backpack with ample room
I love this backpack! Bought it for my trip to Havasu Falls as my day pack :) Note that it does not come with water bladder, so water bladder needs to be purchased separately!

Pretty good
The only thing I wish it had was some sort of divider or pocket in the larger compartment. I like to use it to carry when I'm on my bicycle. It's not a big deal if that's the only thing in the larger compartment, but that means everything else (keys, wallet, cellphone, lights, gloves, bike lock, etc.) must be stuffed into the smaller pocket. Same if I take a laptop computer. I don't like to put it in the large compartment unsecured with other items. If there were a divider, I could use the large compartment to secure things that need to be kept separate. That said, it has been a great bag. The size is perfect for taking a few necessities on bike rides, without being too bulky.

Great pack with odd fabric ends
I very much enjoy this pack! Using it for carry on to hiking and weekly sports carryall. Great breathing back and nice padded slot for my 3L bladder. However, the adjustment straps means 6 loose strap ends dangling constantly, anytime the pack is less that fully packed. Easy to control with safety pin or paper clips, but was a tad disappointing to have to develop my own management system.

Awesome Backpack!
Great Backpack! Used it for comic-con and felt no strain on my shoulders or back. I would definitely recommend this for any activity. Sometimes I forgot I was wearing it.

Can you switch the hose from the left side to the right? The hole in the backpack is on the right but the hose is set up on the left.
