This year shipping carriers have forecasted record demand for home delivery services and supply constraints related to COVID have the potential to cause scarcity with some of our favorite gear. To continue meeting your expectations, we encourage you to start your holiday shopping earlier than ‘normal’ to avoid potential shipping delays or unforeseen inventory challenges. Please consider this advice, no matter where your holiday shopping takes you.
At Backcountry, we are committed to taking the necessary steps to provide you with the gear you want when you want it, in the coming fall and winter seasons, and here are a few actions we are taking:
Finding the Brands You Love
We have worked with our top brands to increase our inventory position early this season to ensure the best selection of gear and apparel is available when you need it most.
Shipping Expectations
We have worked tirelessly with our shipping partners to understand and manage our shipping capacity, to accommodate the high volume of orders we anticipate through the end of the year, and to mitigate any changes to expected shipping timelines to the best of our ability.
Communication and Transparency
Backcountry is committed to transparency and will be updating communications on our site throughout the season, so it is clear when you are likely to receive your items.
As always, our iconic Gearhead Team is standing by to answer your questions, no matter how simple or technical, and to make expert recommendations for all of your outdoor pursuits and gift-giving needs.
