Long Deep Wrinkles
Usually I love these shirts. I wear mine every day in the summer over my clothes a mmmd usually buy a new one every couple of years. This year’s shirt has these long, deep wrinkles that DO NOT come out! I tried to return the shirt but all the other ones in REÍ had it too, so I just kept the one I had. The fabrics looks and feels just like my old versions so this makes no sense. I’d just loves to have a wrinkle free shirt once again.

question durability
fabric thinner than expected but the snaps up the front i did not see coming. they tug on the fabric in just trying it on so i sent it back before the fabric tore from the unsnapping process. runs a little tighter than most of their mediums which run a bit loose.

Great Shirt

Colors not true; runs tight in the bust.
I recently bought two of these shirts, in "Crushed blue" and "Tiki pink". They arrived very quickly, and for that, I am happy. Pros: The fabric is nice quality and quick drying; the roll-up sleeves are a great feature; fabric is a bit sheer, but great over a tank or tee. Cons: The colors as shown on the models are not true. (The "Crushed blue" is really more of a soft mint; the "Tiki pink" is actually a REALLY bright, neon coral! It will be returned!) These shirts run tight in the bust.

Great light weight long sleeve shirt.
- Size Bought:
- size small for a 5'2" 119 lb female
I use this for hiking on cool mornings starting trails that go uphill. It's also a great shirt to wear for protection doing landscape work. It can be "dressy" over a nice short sleeve or sleeveless shirt with pants. I have a white one that I've had for over 10 years! I soaked it in Borax and hot water to get it whiter since it was looking dingy. It has a few small snags, but I think that's because I was pruning some wild roses

Lightweight and breathable
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Excellent lightweight sun protection! I wear this for hiking, walking, even riding in the car in place of sunblock. The materials wicks away sweat and evaporates quickly. It feels surprisingly breathable. I have two and will likely buy more!

Puckered seams and a lot of bulk in the pockets
These shirts are very cheaply made. The seams are puckered, especially the pocket seams. But all have some pucker. You can see it in the product photos on the Columbia site. The sleeves fall down constantly, no matter how I roll them up. And worst of all, the pocket area is REALLY bulky. In an attempt to offer pockets, they use this course net fabric so you have three or four layers, in places. It makes for a very bulky shirt. Definitely not a shirt I want to wear in the sun.

A Great Extra Layer
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love the styling and the lightweight fabric of this shirt. Although I usually wear a medium in other brands, the sizing measurements indicated that I need a large and it fits well everywhere except through the shoulders, which are a bit too wide for me but as an over-shirt, it will be fine. I would have given five stars but for the Velcro, which I removed before washing. While Velcro is a marvelous invention, when it’s used on clothing that will go in the washer and dryer with other items, it’s not a good choice as it can catch on other garments, even if it’s carefully closed. I love the plastic snaps down the front and a smaller version of those would be a better choice in place of the Velcro. One suggestion regarding attaching the tags; please put the plastic hang tag fastener in the seam allowance rather than through the garment itself. Even though the fastener was near the seam, it did leave a tiny hole in the fabric that I will need to stitch. All in all, this is a great shirt and just what I’ve been looking for.
