Hard to carry rope handle
The Convoy cooler is not comfortable to carry due to the rope-style carry handle. I thought I would like it but wish I had paid more for a traditional premium cooler.

Strap is uncomfortable and difficult.
Strap is uncomfortable and makes it really hard to carry other ways because of placement of the strap connectors. Going to try to change out the strap rather than pay to return it.

Keeps ice well

Nice cooler for trail riding
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Bought this specifically for day rides in my UTV (Polaris General). It's taller than it is wide so when packing in the bed, it doesn't take up space. The gasket and rubber lid locks keep all the dust out even on the driest day. The rope handle is awesome for carrying with one hand. It's sturdy enough to use as as extra seat when stopping for a picnic. Only thing it could use is an open loop or something to help tie it down. Great cooler.

Ok but could be better
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love the design and size of this cooler. I especially love the thickness of the strap to carry it with and its quality design for the build. But I don't think the cooling technology is great because the ice in my cooler melted within a few hours and that is something I look hard at when buying a cooler. I think "how long will it keep my food and drinks cool if I'm in a situation where I will need it for about 8 hours or so. " ? This was disappointing to say the least. Fix the thermal part of the cooler and I will change this rating.

Great Size
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We Loved the size of this Coleman - CON COOLER 28QT , We took it on vacation with us and it fit perfect behind my seat in the Floorboard ,, We loved the color , it was easy to clean with a few wipes , The strapes were perfect , they stretch and stay locked in place , We put ice with drinks and sandwiche stuff and drove 10 hours , There was still mostly ice and everything was fresh and cold , It holds alot of of drinks , more than we will ever need for one trip , the only downside is how heavy it is , wish it had wheels

Well built
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Very strong yet different type of cooler. I have never seen a cooler with a carrying rope or rubber latches for closing the cooler. Very spacious for a small/medium size cooler and also has a built in bottle opener inside the lid. The only thing that this cooler could use is a spout for draining the water as the ice defrosts as the cooler can get quite heavy when full.

Durable & Cold
