Why We Like The Armstrong Hooded Jacket
The Canada Goose Armstrong Hooded Jacket is the down insulator we reach for when winter is literally freezing. Its down insulation is temperature rated to stay warm in nearly zero degrees. The down is so lofty that you can pack the jacket into its own pocket for compact storage. Canada Goose reinforced high-abrasion areas with Cordura for long-lasting durability.

Armstrong Hoody
- Familiarity:
- I've used it once or twice and have initial impressions
- Size Bought:
- XL
- Height:
- 5' 11"
- Weight:
- 220
To clarify, this is the lightweight Armstrong Hoody, not the Armstrong Parka with the backpack straps. Fits true to size but on the smaller side. You can fit a base layer and a T-shirt but I?d size up if you?re trying to fit another puff jacket underneath. Still, even with just a T-shirt this thing is WARM and packs up nicely into itself.

Love it
- Familiarity:
- I've put it through the wringer
Says it?s a lightweight down jacket, but it is by far the warmest jacket I have ever owned, well worth the price, I love it. Can wear a t shirt under it in 15° weather and still be really warm. I like to wear it when I walk in the winter and it does not disappoint.
