Why We Like The Brooks Adrenaline GTS 23 Running Shoe
For double-digit road miles, we lace into the Brooks Adrenaline GTS 23 Running Shoe. Equipped with the DNA Loft v2 foam, this shoe gives us lasting shock absorption and bounce without weighing us down. The 3D Fit Print upper keeps our foot locked over the plush platform and lets the wind blow through freely, while the GuideRails tech ensures our foot doesn't roll too much inward or outward through our stride, keeping our joints happy from first mile to last.

Disappointing fit and feel
I like the look of the shoe, but very different feel and fit from the GT 22. Not as comfortable as the GT 22. Sole is not as soft and the fit feels totally different. A little disappointing since this is my 6th pair of Brooks in the last few years.

My feet can breathe!
These are the *most breathable* running shoes I've ever worn! Paired with my Ghost quarter socks, I can't believe how much air I can feel through the mesh when I walk/run. Very light, but feel less stable/rigid in the inner ankle than my previous Brooks (to combat overpronation). Sleeker design than other Brooks models I've worn/seen before. Ordered women's size 9.5 W.

Not as Comfortable as the GTS 22s
The GTS 23s are not as comfortable as the GTS 22s that I had. The 22s felt like they had more cushion.

feels cheap - not the same as the past years Adrenaline Brooks I've had- have 6 other pairs from past years probably never wear- should have sent back- bought wide and still tight, does not have comfort as other Brooks

I’m a regular buyer of the Adrenaline GTS and this last pair I purchased (orange color) have been the worst pair for sizing. I purchased a size up as usual and they have been the most uncomfortable for walking and have been rubbing my toes. I’ve never had it this bad with the sizing and toe space.

This is the only shoe that doesn't hurt my feet when running! The only issue I have is the shoelaces. The tube shoelaces from several years ago were much better but the shoe itself is perfect. I especially love the color options in my size.

Missing my GTS22s
22s were better :( these do not feel as cushiony as last year’s. Still like them but don’t love love them. Heel cup is a littler shorter too which at first I found annoying but seems to help with the shoe trying to eat the back of your socks. Overall good but prefer the 22s.
